Baker wanted in Telford and Wrekin

Great opportunity: we are hiring a baker in Telford and Wrekin, England. The job is at a busy bakery. On a typical shift you will pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; score the top of loaves before baking; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer. Ideal candidate: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • 2+ years' experience as a baker 1+ years on the tools preferred. £2,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
