Glass fitter — Wyandot County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a glass fitter in Wyandot County, Ohio. The job is at a busy glazing workshop. You will glaze shopfronts, curtain walls and glass partitions; install toughened and laminated safety glass; work safely at height on scaffolds and ladders; read drawings and setting-out details for glazing layouts; fit panes into timber, aluminium and uPVC frames. You should have: • Comfortable working at height with scaffolding and ladders • Able to cut glass accurately to size • Good eye for measurement and a steady hand Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. $30 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
