Immediate opening: we are hiring a presser in City of Franklin, Virginia. On a typical shift you will press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching; spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts; remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron; give each garment a final press before packing. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory Pay around $26 per hour, based on your experience.
