Vacancy available: we are hiring a baker in Kafin Hausa, Jigawa State. You should have: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • 2+ years' experience as a baker On a typical shift you will knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
