The role involves: • Mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour • Straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains • Feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray • Buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections Ideal candidate: • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish • 2+ years' experience as a panel beater or in a body shop • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding 1+ years on the tools preferred.
