Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Sargent County, North Dakota. You should have: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) Day-to-day duties: • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
