Abattoir worker — Fulton County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an abattoir worker in Fulton County, Indiana. Ideal candidate: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required On the job you will handle: • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. $5,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
