Requirements: • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners • Good eye for colour matching and blending The role involves blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair; compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss; mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code; apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels; apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
