Paint and prep technician — San Benito County

Join our team: we are hiring a paint and prep technician in San Benito County, California. You should have: • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners You will apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun; mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio; set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish; wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs; blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair. 6+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $3,500 per month, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
