Urgent requirement: we are hiring a crawler crane operator in Nobles County, Minnesota. The job is in a steel fabrication workshop. You should have: • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination Day to day you will grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands; help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone; watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity; carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. $3,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
