We are recruiting: gatehouse guard (Scotland)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a gatehouse guard in Clackmannanshire, Scotland. You will be based at a hotel entrance. Day to day you will operate the metal detector and hand-held scanner at the door; monitor the CCTV screens in the control room; control crowds and manage queues at events and entry gates; man the reception desk and direct visitors to the right block; patrol the premises on foot at fixed intervals; operate the boom barrier and check vehicles in and out. You should have: • Physically fit and able to stand for long hours • Basic reading of English and local language for registers £140 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
