Cnc turner wanted in Matagorda County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a cnc turner in Matagorda County, Texas. You will be based at an auto-components manufacturing unit. What we are looking for: • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code The role involves: • Check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet • Watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes • Write and edit G-code programs at the control • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear • Set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54) Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
