Backhoe loader operator wanted in Fluvanna County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a backhoe loader operator in Fluvanna County, Virginia. You will work on an earthmoving and excavation site. The role involves: • Carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension • Backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations • Grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift • Operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material Ideal candidate: • Able to read levels, pegs and basic site drawings • Willing to work at remote sites and mines on a roster • Understanding of safe digging near underground services Full-time with occasional weekends.
