Cnc turning machinist — Washington County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a cnc turning machinist in Washington County, Maryland. Requirements: • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred Day-to-day duties: • Adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish • Set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear • Deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand 4+ years on the tools preferred.
