Mechanical press operator wanted in Clayton County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a mechanical press operator in Clayton County, Iowa. You will work at a busy press shop. Your main tasks: • Punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components • Record output and downtime on the production sheet • Apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean • Feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts Requirements: • Attention to detail and steady hands for accurate loading • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Pay around $4,800 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
