Urgent requirement: tandoor cook (Vermont)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Lamoille County, Vermont. You will work in a hotel kitchen. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen Day to day you will prepare the mise en place before each service; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha.
