Argon welding operator wanted in Gloucestershire

We are recruiting: we are hiring an argon welding operator in Gloucestershire, England. The role involves: • Tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run • Feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool • Read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing • Strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal • Set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks • Sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size Ideal candidate: • Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
