Counter butcher • Titus County, Texas

We are recruiting: we are hiring a counter butcher in Titus County, Texas. Day to day you will mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts. You should have: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • 2+ years experience working as a butcher Full-time, day shift. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. $2,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
