Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working at height and inside confined spaces • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites The role involves verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates; update the risk register and method statements (RAMS); deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors; check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements; conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task.
