We are recruiting: pipe TIG welder (Michigan)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a pipe TIG welder in Allegan County, Michigan. Day to day you will weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through; set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks; run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec; select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel; clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding. Ideal candidate: • Able to TIG weld stainless steel and aluminium to a neat standard • ITI or trade certificate in welding an advantage • Able to pass a weld test on the spot Part-time with flexible hours. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
