We are recruiting: we are hiring a garment presser in Tunica County, Mississippi. You will be based in a garment export house. The role involves keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure; use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics; shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board; fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press. Ideal candidate: • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
