Bread baker — Bursari Local Government Area

Immediate opening: we are hiring a bread baker in Bursari Local Government Area, Yobe State. Your main tasks: • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Rotating shifts.
