Plumbing technician — City of Fredericksburg

Great opportunity: we are hiring a plumbing technician in City of Fredericksburg, Virginia. You will work in apartment and housing complexes. Day to day you will chase walls and floors for concealed pipework; replace worn washers, seals and float valves; trace and clear blockages in drains, traps and gully pits; make connections to the mains water and sewer lines; connect overhead and underground water tanks. Requirements: • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces • Familiar with pressure testing and leak detection Part-time with flexible hours.
