Immediate opening: argon arc welder (Kansas)

We are recruiting: we are hiring an argon arc welder in Butler County, Kansas. The role involves keep the arc length and travel speed consistent; back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise; select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel; tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run; inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut. You should have: • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work $2,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Six days a week, one day off.
