Great opportunity: we are hiring a dough maker in Assumption Parish, Louisiana. The role involves shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter. Requirements: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
