Gas metal arc welder — New Castle County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a gas metal arc welder in New Castle County, Delaware. Day-to-day duties: • Check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration • Maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose • Set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator • Change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch Ideal candidate: • ITI in welder trade or equivalent • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium 5+ years on the tools preferred. $5,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
