Great opportunity: gas pipe fitter (Tennessee)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a gas pipe fitter in Montgomery County, Tennessee. You will be based at a heating and plumbing contractor. You will connect combi boilers, water heaters and gas cookers to the supply; thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant; lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points; install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves; run polyethylene (PE) service pipe and electrofusion-weld the joints. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces • Competent in pipe threading, brazing and PE electrofusion • Own hand tools and pipe wrenches Full-time with occasional weekends.
