Great opportunity: we are hiring a cake decorator in Currituck County, North Carolina. You will work at a cake shop. What we are looking for: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks On the job you will handle: • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials Six days a week, one day off.
