Great opportunity: we are hiring a beldar in Oldham County, Kentucky. Day to day you will cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days; erect and dismantle scaffolding and pass materials up; bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns; mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer. You should have: • Physically fit and comfortable working at height • Prior experience as a labourer on building or civil sites • Basic knowledge of hand tools like shovel, trowel and breaker Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
