Immediate opening: countertop fabricator (Indiana)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a countertop fabricator in Newton County, Indiana. You will be based in a natural stone fabrication unit. The role involves: • Polish stone surfaces to a high gloss using diamond pads and polishing compound • Lift and handle heavy slabs safely using suction lifters and trolleys • Level and align slabs so joints stay tight and surfaces sit flat • Measure up and template countertops and floor areas before cutting • Cut out sink and hob openings in worktops on site • Shape edges, bullnoses and bevels with an angle grinder and profiling wheels What we are looking for: • Good eye for joints, levels and overall finish • Able to read measurements, templates and cutting lists • Knowledge of epoxy resin filling and colour matching At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. $4,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
