Urgent requirement: we are hiring a spray painter (automotive) in Delaware County, Iowa. You will work at a dealership paint shop. What we are looking for: • Good eye for colour matching and blending • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE You will mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper; sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting; mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code; blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair; mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio.
