Vacancy available: we are hiring an aluminium TIG welder in Pike County, Arkansas. The job is at a pipe-fitting and pressure-vessel shop. The role involves: • Inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut • Tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run • Feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool • Run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec Requirements: • Able to TIG weld stainless steel and aluminium to a neat standard • Can read fabrication drawings and welding symbols • Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination Pay around $2,900 per month, based on your experience.
