Sheet metal roofer wanted in Charanchi

Your main tasks: • Install metal flashing around chimneys and skylights • Strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck • Set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing • Seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing • Torch on bitumen membrane across flat roofs • Solder and seam standing-seam metal roof sheets You should have: • Strong enough to lift tile packs and felt rolls all day • Own hand tools (hammer, nail gun, slate ripper) • Willing to work outdoors in all weather 1+ years on the tools preferred.
