Ideal candidate: • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand Day-to-day duties: • Mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper • Mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio • Strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
