Meat trimmer — Ionia County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Ionia County, Michigan. Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler You will take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; season and marinate meat on request. Meals and transport allowance provided. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
