You should have: • Able to read and match factory paint codes • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing You will blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair; mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper; sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting; compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss.
