What we are looking for: • 2+ years hands-on split and cassette AC installation experience • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolds On the job you will handle: • Wire the indoor-to-outdoor interconnecting cable and connect the isolator • Cut, flare and bend copper pipe for the liquid and suction lines • Commission the unit and test cooling, heating and airflow • Check superheat and subcooling to confirm the correct gas charge • Insulate the suction line with Armaflex nitrile sleeving • Clean filters, blower wheels and condenser coils during servicing Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. $5,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
