Lift maintenance fitter wanted in Brown County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a lift maintenance fitter in Brown County, Kansas. You will be based in a machine room on the rooftop. The role involves: • Test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake • Rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables • Carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes • Measure rope tension and check for broken strands • Respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers Ideal candidate: • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways 1+ years on the tools preferred.
