Gas commissioning technician wanted in West Lothian

Now hiring: we are hiring a gas commissioning technician in West Lothian, Scotland. You will lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points; set and adjust regulator outlet pressure with a gauge; connect combi boilers, water heaters and gas cookers to the supply; complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation; check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray; braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience on domestic and commercial gas installations • Own hand tools and pipe wrenches • Sound knowledge of gas safety regulations and pressure testing At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
