Concrete worker • Skagway Municipality, Alaska

We are recruiting: we are hiring a concrete worker in Skagway Municipality, Alaska. You will work in a residential housing project. You should have: • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods • ITI in masonry or civil work an added advantage The role involves: • Fix and tie reinforcement bars and mesh as per the bar bending schedule • Mix concrete to the specified grade (M15, M20, M25) by hand or in a mixer • Screed and level slabs to the marked dead level and falls • Lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade Six days a week, one day off.
