Thermal insulation technician — City and Borough of Leeds

Vacancy available: we are hiring a thermal insulation technician in City and Borough of Leeds, England. You will work in lofts and crawl spaces. On the job you will handle: • Prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application • Apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling • Install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape • Torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations What we are looking for: • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges • Willing to travel between sites • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane Rotating shifts.
