Prep cook wanted in Sabuwa

Great opportunity: we are hiring a prep cook in Sabuwa, Katsina State. Your main tasks: • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces You should have: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies 2+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around ₦265,000 per month, based on your experience. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
