Stainless steel welder wanted in Mercer County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a stainless steel welder in Mercer County, North Dakota. You will work at an automotive body and exhaust shop. Day to day you will inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut; clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush; keep the arc length and travel speed consistent; sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size; run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec; set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks. Ideal candidate: • Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination • Sound knowledge of argon gas settings and tungsten selection • Able to TIG weld stainless steel and aluminium to a neat standard Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
