Head guard / security supervisor — Bedford

Immediate opening: we are hiring a head guard / security supervisor in Bedford, England. You will be based at a shopping mall. Day to day you will operate the boom barrier and check vehicles in and out; write up incident reports after any disturbance; operate the metal detector and hand-held scanner at the door; patrol the premises on foot at fixed intervals; detain shoplifters or trespassers and hand them over to police; hand over the duty register and brief the next shift at handover. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Alert, disciplined and punctual • Ex-servicemen preferred We offer £2,100 per month plus benefits.
