Urgent requirement: powder spray gun operator (Kentucky)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Barren County, Kentucky. Day-to-day duties: • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time What we are looking for: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process Six days a week, one day off.
