You should have: • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites • Comfortable working at height and inside confined spaces • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions The role involves: • Deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors • Verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates • Enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment • Record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date • Investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports • Audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges $3,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
