QC technician — Pottawatomie County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a QC technician in Pottawatomie County, Oklahoma. You will be based at a busy manufacturing plant. You will calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift; carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line; escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer; check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch; inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting. Ideal candidate: • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T symbols • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
