Confectioner — Grundy County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a confectioner in Grundy County, Missouri. You will work in a hotel pastry kitchen. Requirements: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens You will decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight.
