Urgent requirement: scaffold fitter (Kansas)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a scaffold fitter in Haskell County, Kansas. You will be based at a shipyard. You should have: • Physically fit for repeated heavy lifting of tubes and boards • Reliable, punctual and able to work in a gang • Working-at-height / PASMA training an advantage Day-to-day duties: • Fit guardrails, mid-rails and toe boards to every working platform • Plumb the standards and level the ledgers with a spirit level • Erect tube-and-fitting and system scaffolds such as Cuplok and Kwikstage • Read scaffold drawings and work to the agreed loading class • Tighten right-angle and swivel couplers to torque with a podger spanner Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
