We are recruiting: we are hiring a banquet server in Union Parish, Louisiana. You will work at a banquet hall. Requirements: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness On the job you will handle: • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
